They did a great job on repairing my car. It looked brand new when I got it back. And they finished it exactly when they said they would.
Only have one problem. The Left rear window does not go down when the appropriate button is pushed. I will be taken my car back to them this week to get that problem fixed.

From the day I dropped off my car and had interaction with the receptionist it was great. Then I met Pedro who went over everything with me. My car was done before the expected date. I was going out of town and Pedro was nice enough to keep my sister up to date with the status since she would be picking up my car. My car came out great and it was even better that it was washed and vacuumed. I told everyone how great I was treated and how great everything came out. Thank you.

For starters you can fix my car and not try to blame the defects on Honda after YOU reset everything to fix my vehicle. I am utterly dissatisfied and disappointed that I was stupid enough to let your collision center fix my car. You'll be hearing from my lawyers soon enough.

When they called me to give me the news that the repairs were more than the vehicle the guy was real rude send my car wasn't worth anything and then the insurance company told me to leave the car there until they get a settlement glad to Rent-A-Car and during girls in the office kept calling me or you have to pick it up AAA told me I do not have to even though I did I had a very bad experience this time

The detail and the interior was left with many white streak marks.I called the center and they told me to take it back, so they can clean it themselves, but I did not since it was inconvenient for me.

I noticed some blue paint on the driver's seat
There was a bottle of blue touch up paint in the dash drink holder that I thought was odd that it was even in the car. I have been so busy that going back to make an issue was not worth my time
