I saw the entire mirror in the back of the truck and then I knew they replaced the entire mirror and the housing too. Seinders was so great, they had the trust for all day THursday and we got it back on Friday. It was hard with one car, but they offered us the option to rent a car. THe only thing I didn't like is the fact that I can't respond to their cell phone text messages to say "Click here to take a survey" and I need to wait until I'm behind my "dinosaur" early 2004 kind of computer (before smart phones in 2012) and get on that dinosaur and type in the website there. I wish I could stop everyone sending me text messages since I have a basic cheap flip phone that does not break - -ever.

Martin Perez was beyond amazing whether it was being quick to return my calls, or simply updating me on my car's progress every time I called. I was highly satisfied with the customer service he provided.
I also really appreciated the email updates that were provided every time there was a change or just to reassure me that my car was on track to being repaired.
I would like to thank everyone at Seidner's who helped as my car being repaired was one less thing I had to worry about with my accident claim.
