I brought a car to this location some years ago. I'm very happy they still have that family atmosphere and I'm extremely impressed with their professionalism while keeping it casual and friendly. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone if they need any type of work fine to their vehicles.

Ruben was great. He clearly explained the repairs. I especially enjoyed receiving text message alerts. Very happy that I received my car around the time expected. I was hoping to get my car Friday but I didn't but it didn't ruin my overall experience.

The Glendora location in comparison to other locations is
quite exceptional. I must complement Merced who was very
Organized, knew his business, great at follow up and making considerate suggestions for solutions to assist in all aspects. He is great at customer service.
Please make a note in his personnel file for excellent service!
Araceli was great, patient and helpful. Nichol was also very nice.

I want to say thank you to the whole team at Seidner's in Alhambra. From the front desk to Martin who handled my case I was always greeted with a smile courtesy and the upmost professionalism. The end result of my repairs is amazing with no trace of there being an accident. Excellent team and customer service. Very Satisfied.

I spoke with Armando, the manager, and explained that when inspecting my vehicle after repair there was a chip in the bumper. I pointed it out to Mike, the estimator, and he rubbed his finger over it and mumbled something, then proceeded to continue on with the inspection. I am not satisfied as I left my car for 8 days and it was not done right. I immediately called Armando and explained my frustration and dissatisfaction. I will be going back in tomorrow to get it checked out again.
