I took my vehicle here because it was a company car and State Farm has a relationship with Seidner's.
As a person who deals with customers, I just wanted you to know that I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service I received at Seidner's. Ralph, Laci, and Mark all had positive, friendly, upbeat attitudes and I felt that they were there to take care of me. Service delivered was seamless. I appreciate the status calls. Can't say enough about my positive experience.
I also had the chance to observe how they deal with other customers and the service they provided was consistent with the service I received. I would not hesitate to bring my personal car to Seidner's Corona.
Kudos to Mark, Ralph and Laci for working as a team! Thank you, all!

My experience with Seidner's Collision Center from start to finish was better than I anticipated. Everyone I dealt with were friendly, courteous and demonstrated the utmost of professionalism. Once my vehicle was inspected they informed me in detail as to what repairs were needed and how long it would take to repair. Once repairs started I was kept informed in a timely manner regarding the status of repairs. All work was completed as scheduled, and the workmanship was excellent. When my GMC Sierra was returned to me it was so clean in and out it appeared as if it had been detailed. I have found a collision repair shop for life. My sincerest thanks to everyone at Seidner's Collision Center.

The service was excellent! Martin Perez took care of me and was very professional. I really appreciated how Martin kept me in the loop every dat with the progress of how my car was doing and the updates I would receive via text was great. I have always taken my cars to Seidner's since 1982 (35 years) when it was a very small family business in Alhambra. From then until now- only the best of care have I received. I'm always thrilled and proud when ever I drive passed another Seidner's, and hope (like the reason we carry insurance) I won't have to need them again for awhile, but if and when I do, it is without a doubt, the only place I will ever trust my car to.

When I brought my car in my battery was fine now my battery is so dead that my computer system won't even stay on when you turn the car off the computer system shuts down because there's not enough power in the battery to run it call Snyder and they just told me that they unplug the battery while it's being worked on so they couldn't have killed my battery but when I brought the car and it had a perfect battery there was nothing wrong with it now it'll barely start
