This was probably the best experience with a repair in all my years. My daughter goes to SMU and I live in Keller. Finding a place to get this fixed where I could trust and she wouldn't feel overwhelmed was very important. I really couldn't take care of everything as a father typically would due to work, but Robert really made her feel relaxed and he did a great job of communicating with me, which in turn made me relax. He was so efficient the text notifications were still coming in after we got the car. Well done and thank you!
