I feel really good about having my Prius repaired at Toyota of Dallas Collision Center . I know the job was done right. Robert Fleming did a great job through the whole process. I will definitely recommend Toyota of Dallas collision center and especially Robert Fleming.

My vehicle is not repaired properly. I received my vehicle yesterday and there is a deep scratch that must be addressed. There is also noise coming from the rear of the vehicle that should not be occurring. 3/5 of the lug nuts on the wheel and tire that was replaced were not tightened and in danger of falling off. As the wheel was more closely examined, it became clear we were not given a new wheel as promised, but it is a refinished wheel and the finish is already chipping away. Today, I am completely dissatisfied and my service manager, Frank **** did not return my call yesterday or today.
