Our service coordinator was Jamie. He was excellent! Called us daily to keep us informed on the progress of the car. Excellent repairs. Car was clean inside and out when we picked it up. This is our second time using this shop. We will return and we'll highly recommend it to others. Thank you.

The communication during the entire process was outstanding. Liberty, Hyperquest, Abra (Jamie, Abby, and Nate (Manager) all communicated the preliminary costs, the time frames, the need for a little more time to do the job right, (I liked that I really take car of my Toyota), the need to adjust the costs upward to complete the job were made clear, and the final walk through with Nate (that really impressed me, he did a great job and so gained my respect.) I was the one hit from behind... and my take away was that Liberty is a good insurance company, and Abra is a quality service with detailed craftmanship.
