The original quote was for self pay and included only REPAIRING the tail light. When I dropped off my car, and knowing insurance was paying instead, I requested to have the tail light REPLACED instead. It appears on the statement that it was only REPAIRED. Maybe I am misreading the statement.
I am usually totally satisfied with ABRA/Precision Collision and recommend you to all my friends. This really took me by surprise. Maybe I wasn't actually heard.
