Great job, and I enjoyed my experience at Abra. When my vehicle was finished, it felt like I was driving a brand new car! Very clean, and smelled great. You should be proud of your service.
The email updates were a nice idea, but they didn't really provide quality information. It was more generic messages that said something like "your car is being worked on and is in great hands"; while that is nice it didn't really provide me with useful information.
And while this is mostly on Hertz, I wasn't pleased with my car rental experience. My repair was at 8:00 am, and I showed up about 15 minutes early. Hertz got there a little after 8, and I had to ride with them all the way back near the Ridgedale area to get my rental. I ended up not getting to work until after 9:00. Again, I view this solely as Hert'z problem but it was really the only part of my experience I wasn't satisfied with.
Keep up the good work and I will be keeping Abra in mind for any future auto-body needs!

Mary did an excellent job. You were on time with my initial appointment, explained the extent of the damage to my vehicle and delivered my car with the work complete and the time line quoted. Nice touch to have my car cleaned. Also appreciated the vm updates. Excellent quality is what I had know your company to be known for but was wowed by the excellent customer service.
You also looked very good by comparison to Enterprise which provided my rental car. They could use you as consultants in customer service.

Repair was good. Conflicts over my deductable were frustrating, especially so when the glitch was discovered a month ago and I had my agent call your store to straighten this out. Oddly, it took only minutes for your store to make calls and get the right info. Why this wasn't done before now so my wife didn't have to feel like everyone thought she was trying to pull something over on them, I don't know.
Otherwise all went good and work is excellent.
