Eveything was taken care of well & ahead of schedule. Very courteous staff and I appreciated the update calls. Only negative was that the vents weren't cleared of the glass shards- so on the first two times I turned on the defroster, tiny glass fragments came flying out.

Heidi had some personal issues with me . She lied to me and on me pertaining to the rental car . She said it could not be dropped off at Abra. Her demenier and tone was aggressive and intimidating . She left the front desk when she saw me approaching the office and had a repair guy to process my payment . I asked for a manager , he came to the front office I told him if my experience his response was " Heidi brings us a lot of business " , talking to him was useless . Abra does excellent repairs , however because of the customer service I will request a different company that is authorized by USAA .

I have filler or something on the steering wheel in two spots. The inside of the Jeep now smells like paint. Ding in the door was not touched. While buffing out the driver's side the paint was brought down to the metal. So I paid for something that was done poorly. Quality should be a priority. I expect this to be taken care of.
