There were some small scuff marks on the newly painted from bumper. I asked if the marks could be buffed out. I was told "no" given that the finish was smooth. Apparently someone may have brushed up against the fender while the paint was drying. The clear coat was then applied over the scuff marks.
I accepted the vehicle even though it was not perfect. It was made clear by the technician that I could have the bumper repainted if I wanted. I elected not to go that route, given the additional time involved.
Obviously this mistake should have been caught before presenting the car for delivery. I understand mistakes happen and appreciate the offer that was made to fix the issue.

The work they did on my car was excellent but the condition they left my car in was completely unacceptable. First off when I left the shop the hood was not closed all the way so I had to pull over before the hood flew up. Then two days after pick up I got stranded at a store because the battery cables were not attached properly. The body work is pretty like new but I would have expected to get my car in better condition & not be stranded with two small kids.
