Everything looked great as far as the body work and the trucks appearance . The first thing I noticed was that my tank was empty(wasn't at time of accident). Also the check engine light was on and the brakes felt soft. I used my scanner to read the codes and it came back as left and right bank were running lean. Upon further investigation I found cause may be both o2 sensors. Brake system might also need to be checked. I have left a call to abbra to have the vehicle checked out through the shop. Look forward to hearing from abbra to resolve these issues

Driver side door doesn't close without slamming it. Although this is not the repair it was the door behind it(back door) the service and pro sales people top notch. Door molding is not inline all is minor but I want it corrected

I have never had such a fantastic experience with an auto body shop before. I've always expected to be treated with general indifference to barely concealed rudeness from places like these. I always cringed at the thought of having to take my car in to be fixed. However, from the moment I walked in to Abra my experience was completely different. Everyone was genuinely friendly and made me feel at ease. All of my questions were answered completely and thoroughly and Heather and Lori really seemed to care about me and my family rather than just their jobs. I was kept updated on what was going on with my car and even given advice on how to handle certain things with the insurance company.
