I was told I would receive a call from the claims estimator that day. I sat around the house all day and waited by the phone for a call that NEVER came. I then called ABRA at approximately 4:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) and was told that claims estimator was out in the field and would call me around 5:30 p.m. I NEVER received that call either.

Phil was thorough and communicative. He got my bumper done quickly -- same day -- and I was able to get a shuttle ride to work. The shop even vacuumed my vehicle, which was dirty from taking the dog hiking. I was impressed with the excellent quick service and would recommend Precision to others who need car repairs. The paint job looks perfect. Thank you! Only issue was that an ashtray in the passenger side door of the back seat was broken. Very strange? The service manager assured me it will be replaced.

The service was great except that I had two small dents on my driver's side door that were to be fixed and for which I paid. But I was in a hurry when I picked the car up Friday evening and assumed the tiny spot I glanced at on the door was a piece of cloth or fuzz from the drying they had just been doing after the wash. When I got the car into my garage at home I saw it was actually a small paint chip. I didn't want to go back for that so I touched it up with my touch up paint. I shouldn't have tried that because it didn't look right. So I called the next morning (Saturday) and I believe his name was Scott (your service manager) said bring it in, which I did. He took the car back into your garage and brought it back. We both saw at that time that it was actually dented, not just scratched. The garage personnel had sanded down my touch up job, but the dent was still there and it still needs touch up painting. I'm going to buy a new touch up paint bottle because I think the old one is getting too viscous. Scott told me anything could have caused the dent, for example, a stone hitting the door. Of course that is true, but nothing happened to it on the short drive home Friday, and the paint chip was there when I picked it up. Scott made me feel like I wasn't telling the truth. It's just a very small dent, and I wouldn't make anything of it except that it wasn't repaired as promised, and I was made to feel like I was trying to put one over one ABRA. Bill Cassel

All was good other than had to go back to have overspray removed that wasn't to big of a deal but the car was filthy the back seat was covered in dust and looked like someone half heatedly cleaned the car up
