I believe that Abra did the best they can, but it took longer than planned to finish the repair. When I got my car back, found the pressure of a replaced tire is too high (50 psi), and a label on the doorjamb about tire information was missing, and found some dirty spots on the inside of the replaced doors which need to be cleaned.

Michael Temples was great to work with and very professional and was the main reason I used Abra to repair my van. He even went the extra mile and polished and waxed the whole van to make it match. I hope to not need them again but I would defiantly bring it to back to Abra.
