Sasha was a tremendous help with navigating the whole process. I am not from Chicago and after getting hit onChristmas Eve my thought processes weren't the best. She helped with the towing problem and getting my car to your location.
I picked up my car as scheduled and it looked great. I drove around on various roads before departing to my home and had no problems.
