During the repair process, it looks like a heat gun was used to remove molding on a door. This caused the tint on the rear driver side window to bubble and it looks like it was torn as well. I am waiting on a phone call from someone I spoke with at service King to schedule another time to take this in to get fixed. That employee did take pictures before the car left.
