Everyone was pleasant and did a great job on the repair. Kept us up to date as to what was happening with our van. Would definitely refer them to friends and family.

I received excellent service from Mr. Alexis Santana the first time that I called Service King, my first visit for an estimate, my repair drop off day and finally the day that the car was finished and ready to be picked up. Everything was excellent. Mr. Santana was professional, friendly and willing to communicate and clearly and effectively explain the Service King process and answer all of my questions. I went to Service King with much skepticism. I had always used body shops near my home when needed. However, Allstate recommended Service King, so I moved ahead in that direction. The service was excellent. Sasha was always friendly, smiling and willing to move things along, especially when she knew Mr. Santana was already multi-tasking. Great team. I also had an excellent experience with Enterprise - specifically Lou and Terrell. They are a great team. I definitely had low expectations from a small satellite office but these two individuals really understand customer service and are simply excellent people to work dealing with others. I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received from both Service King and Enterprise. I know I went into this entire situation with low expectations but my final overall experiences were higher than I could have ever dreamed of. Thank you.

Mistakes were made during the repair and some new issues cropped up when I took my car home. That said, Service King completely owned up to the mistakes and paid for all further repairs with no issues whatsoever. Could have been a negative experience, but came away feeling completely satisfied.

Hello, I couldn't be happier with repair work. Service King made the car rental process so easy, having enterprise pick up at location. Received daily progress texts.
