The job took much longer than the insurence company slotted for the repair and, I would have liked to be updated more often on how the work was going. The day it was ready to pick up I received a call at the end of the day on Friday after I had already went home and the message was left on my work phone!
I tried to get it Saturday but the center was closed!
I could have saved two days rental on the vehicle I was in if I had got a call on Friday morning. Or even at lunch time I could have made it work. They did a great job on the truck and the manager was extremely helpful when it was time to close out the bill! Thanks for a job well done!
