This team does stellar work! This is the 2nd time I have brought my car to them and I've been very impressed w/ the quality work they have done. They are professional, responsive and very customer-centric. I'm certain that they have many stars on this team, but I have to mention one Super Shining Star that has really made my experiences here special. Keita is a GEM and should be recognized for going above and beyond. Tonight, not only did she wait for me while I was stuck in traffic on the way home from work, but she offered to stay late and insisted she didn't mind. She is genuine, and personable and someone Classic Collision can't afford to lose. Keita is Special! I would not have my car tonight if she hadn't been so kind and so willing to help. I appreciate her kindness and the great job everyone did. I wouldn't take my car anyplace else!

From my first initial call to set up my car drop off (with Progressive on the line), the person that answered the phone was less then pleasant. She was having a side conversation and directly told me Im not talking to you". I should have taken that as an indicator for the rest of my encounters.
I called 3 times for an update as to when my car would be ready because the text messages were not clear.
All 3 times I was put on hold for 10 minutes. I would hang up, not get a call back.. So I would call back.
The last time I believe it was Jessica and she offered to call me back.
Lastly, after the service was completed on my wheel. My trunk was not put back that way it was found. My netting was not put back and the shade was put back in backwards.
I was very disappointed with my service with Classic Collision.

I was very distraught about the accident that caused the damages on my new car. I had only made the first payment. I was not sure if I would want the car any or but Classis Collisions really made me feel hopeful. They provided updates during the process and once I saw it I knew that all was well.
