The tire shine they used on all my plastic trim looked horrible. When it settled it looked like oil.When I got home, spent an hour with soap and water to rub off the tire shine on the trim. Also my rear windshield wiper needs adjustment. It sits too low to the left. Had to wipe down the interior. The dust from the shop was still all over the place. The area where my spare tire sits. It was filthy in there. Not all bad though. Nice people work at the shop. I would have stayed there to get the car even cleaner but I had to get to work.

No communication to me that the initial estimate of 1400 changed to 4000. Found out about the price change when I went to pick up and pay. Received the car to find my belongings that were behind the passenger seat had been moved and scattered in the back seat. No need to move them or even be in the back seat as all work being done was to the front of the vehicle. Hopefully the quality of work is better than the customer service. Won't come back for future service or recommend this body shop.

The inside of my trunk was completely soaking wet when I picked my car up. I called back to find out if they had washed the rubber trunk mat and had forgot to dry it, or if I had an actual leak after my car had been repaired. Was told that I would receive a call back after the lady spoke to someone in cleanup. Never received a return call. Also my gas door does not match up after my repair. Not happy at all about the gap around my door and how close the door is to the body now when you open it.

I would have liked to know (about) when the repairs would be completed when I brought the KIA in on Monday at 10:00am. Initially I was told by Danny it would take ****-2 days. I called at 5:00pm on the second day and was told it would take 4 days. Overall, everything else was great!
