I would highly recommend this business to more people. Each promise was delivered and executed upon immediate arrival until completion. Hosea was phenomenal, he knew who I was just by phone conversation and rememberEd me when I returned it a week later! Geico and Enterprise reps were awesome and stood out as well..the receptionist was even awesome. This place was very exceptional in service and quality was executed through the entire process! there is still damage to the vehicle. Chipped paint on the front bumper. Also the bumper that was buffed and repaired still felt rough to the touch where the repair was not done very well. There was also damage to the plastic that insulates around the left driver side mirror, so you can hear were the Nguyen passes when you're driving. Also the door handle on the driver side that was removed during the repair had a piece of the silver part of the handle that started to peel and the door was chipped in the process of removing the handle right above the door handle. I spoke to Karrie in person today and she said they would be fixed So hopefully they are. I will have to return to get these things fixed next week when a new door handle is in. However I was not offered a courtesy vehicle for the inconvenience of having to return to have work done that should have been done correctly the first time and I have already returned my rental vehicle. She said unless they had the vehicle for more than a day I would not be offered a vehicle and she stated that the repairs would only take one day. Which is an inconvenience to me as I'm having to make multiple trips back and figure out how to work around my work schedule.

The repairs were fine, but my front tag on my bumper got thrown away or stolen. No one called me to ask did I want it put back on after the repairs or someone could have taken it off and left it in the trunk instead of throwing it out with the old bumper! It is very frustrating because I paid money for that tag! I did speak to my advisor and they are replacing it but that is just unheard of and uncalled for!!
