To whom it may concern:
I do not know what the average time is for repairs on cars with similar damage than mine and a car was provided to me And I was expecting the wait for good results. But it is exactly that that wait that made the Lack of quality on the repairs And status of delivery stand out even more. My car now has some uneven areas, plastic screws that we're supposed to have been replaced and weren't, my car was returned to me "detailed washed" (I called the day before and of pick up of the car would be washed if not I wanted to place an order for a detailed washed and that I was willing to even pay but I was informed that all repaired cars are detailed washed so ...) but with paint stains everywhere and even grease in the inside handle, and to top it off, they used my tools in my truck to fix the tire and didn't have the decency of putting it back the way it was. I wish I could attach pictures to this response. Would I ever return? I Probably won't and will not recommend your establishment.

Everything looked rushed, they even had an extra week to work on it.
My door matts are missing!!
Everything is miss-aligned
There are flaws in the paint job. My sun glasses are broken as well.
Dust all over the inside of the car.
They scratched the door handle when removing the door panel.
Sloppy job.
Made me pay before I even saw the car.
And I will be taking my vehicle back so they can fix it.

Progressive account manager and his assistant were great . I wish it could have been completed a day or so sooner no big deal . The older white lady at the front desk needs to be a little more customer friendly. I can tell she has probably been in her role because she was direct and blunt . I don't often have vehicles repair so I don't know the process . She needs to be more cordial and explain the process better.
