The repair job looks great. But I was not kept informed about the status. I was told that it'd take 2-3 days. No courtesy call was done. I called and was then told 2 days at the most. Waited. Again no call. I called after the 2 days. Then I was told that there was a problem getting a part. My truck was there 11 days and once was a call placed to me until I called and left a message. I will not patronize this business again.

Ease of working with staff and process. This was my second visit to Classic in 6 weeks. The only thing I noticed was that there appeared to be a slightly different attitude since we were not going through insurance ( at the faulty party request.) I will not do this again. Just a little different attitude from staff but still delivered an excellent finished product.
