Mike Moush was understanding and very attentive to our needs. I enjoyed working with him and When Mike was **** with another customer Keith and Sandra gave information when i requested.
The cost of my repair was beyond the origin estimate, but that was because a "friend" wanted fix it for me. He made it worse. My car was ready before it was promised.

It is a little unorganized at check out. It seems there could be a more streamlined process to pick up your car. It shouldn't take 15 minutes for your rep to go get your car. If I say I'm coming at 4:30, my car should be ready. There were a lot of people waiting and not happy about the time it took.
Also, Marnie Hansard was awesome! She was on vacation when I picked up my car and you could tell a big difference - when she is there things are running much smoother.
