I have been a very satisfied Classic customer for about 30 years starting in Marietta and now in Buckhead with a Porsche, Mercedes and now BMW. The work done has always been excellent including this time. However, I am very disappointed by the lack of attention to call back, accurate informing of status, late delivery, etc. I know your people are very busy and have a full schedule, however, they need to listen, give accurate info and the entire team needs to avoid trying to give excuses.
