TAMARA WAS AWESOME! She's so upbeat. She's courteous, professional,and she's witty. She has a great sense of humor. She provides great customer service without over doing it, you know? She stays right in the pocket with being formal, but not rigid. She's the type of person that you feel comfortable disclosing information to. You have to remember, people are giving you personal information, and disclosing information that they may not want just anybody having. Tamara has a way of breaking down the defensive walls that people have up, to get to the issue and resolve it. I see why she is as successful as she is.

There's some sort of white residue on the rear bumper cover. I tried to wipe it off, and discovered that the clear coat had been sprayed over it! Now I have a permanent white smear on the bumper.

My experience went very well. Everyone was nice and really helpful. Chelsea, was very prompt with keeping me updated with the status of my vehicle. She made me feel like my car was in good hands and that made me not worry. Once my vehicle was ready she walked me through every detail about the worked done to my car.
