The texting updates never happened and that was disappointing. Then 2 days after picking up my car, I got a text confirming that I had picked up my car that morning (Friday rather than Wednesday!). Two day late text. Also, I was told that my car would be washed before I picked it up. It was not. However, my repair looks good.
