My only concern was that my car was towed in and it was a week before the shop was able to get hold of me to sign paperwork to begin working on the car. From what I understand, it sounds like the body shop got an incorrect number from insurance in trying to contact me. However, after a week they got the correct phone number. I don't understand the process, but I was very shocked that a week had gone by before I was contacted. I was under the impression that when they called they were telling me my car was ready to pick up, not that they have not started working on it yet. Otherwise, the communication with the texting was excellent, my repairs were completed before the estimated pick up time, and my vehicle looks fantastic!

I was satisfied with the work that was done on my car but it was a little upsetting at one point feeling as if my insurance company mistake was mine. My car was ready for several days and because of the insurance company lack of communication my car had to stay at the shoshop several days longer which totally didn't make any sense.
