The automatic texts need to be fixed. The text I would get from the employee usually didn't match what the automatic texting system sent. The last example was pretty bad. I had gotten a text in the morning saying my vehicle was still projected for 28 Apr completion & then a text from an employee that afternoon saying the vehicle was ready for pick-up. I know it is automated, but if I had not been home sick in bed on Friday, I still would have not been able to pick my vehicle up that afternoon. With all of that said, there has to be a way to keep the automatic texting system more up-to-date
