The radio had a small malfunction on my way home it went from working perfectly fine to not hearing anything at all like an electrical problem but it went away after 5 minutes and I had to pull over to turn on and off the car but I will test drive the car today because I just got home from work and check out everything because this has never happened to me

Excellent service on the repair of my car and also office staff were personable and organized. I appreciated how clean you left my car for me too! My only complaint was the disorganized office staff at Hertz. I know they have no connection to SHill Collision, but it affected my experience. I really appreciated the constant contact that I received from SHC. The text alerts made it much easier for me to keep up without having to put in a lot of effort. The work was done quickly and done well and they went the extra mile for me by helping me to arrange for a rental (both picking up and dropping it off) and they cleaned the inside of the car before giving it back. These details made a big difference and if I ever needed to have body work done again, I would definitely ask to be able to work with South Hill Collision.
