Nobody wants to have to come in for motor vehicle repairs from an MVC especially when you were not at fault. Service King from the first person I spoke to on the phone until the last person I turned the rental back into made the situation as smooth as possible and took a lot of the added stress of the situation away. There is a scuff on the door handle, and there were marks on the finish on top of the door that were cleaned by Garret. The inside of the glove compartment was left filthy and dirty.
I would have left the car longer for the scuff on the handle to be repaired but have no desire to continue paying for a rental car in the meantime.
Communication throughout the process was great, but I am not satisfied with the finished product and the slight mess that was either ignored or somehow not spotted prior to a final inspection.
