This was my third time doing business with service king in Lewisville tx. and I am always impressed by their professionalism and experience, The workmanship is impeccable.... Your service advisor Sean Pedersen gave me frequent updates as the repair process was being completed. Great staff and good work!!

The Email updates you send out are not very useful in that they do not give any hard information, like why there is a delay, or any trouble you are having with the repair. They appear to be an update that just says that you are still working on my car (which I knew, as my car wasn't in my driveway!), instead of a real update(like the car is going into paint today, etc.).

The didn't fix all the problems with the car. We told them water was leaking into the car cabin, but the didn't fix that issue. Now we have to take the car all the way back to the shop and be down to one car for even more time. We specifically told them about the issue, and they said they couldn't duplicate the issue after 3 days, but I was able to duplicate the issue the day after I picked up the car.
