When our car was dropped off at Service Kind to repair the back bumper, our battery was working fine. When I receive the car back this afternoon the Service King rep said my battery had died while the car was seating. Now our car will not start without a jump. Why and how would the battery have been drained durning the repair on the bumper. I would like this to be reconciled.
