Had great customer service from Kelly my appraiser or vehicle representative. He remembered who I was and was kind and always attentive to everything I had to say regarding my vehicle. I wished I could say the same for the front desk staff. The lady with the braces was nice but the other lady wasn't very pleasant. She seemed like she doesn't like her job much or handles a lot of unsatisfied people. Would have been nice to see her smile despite her issues she was probably facing. Overall I had a great outcome on my vehicle and will definitely comeback if needed. Which I hope won't have to and rather do a recommendation instead.
