Jalyn Altman was awesome at keeping me up to date with my car repairs and discussing any updates with me. He was extremely helpful and I was super happy when I picked up my car. The only thing I wish would have been different is I received automated texts (not from Jalyn) saying my car would be ready 4 days earlier than it was expected to be ready. If Jalyn hadn't already told me when he expected it to be ready, that would have been really frustrating to get the wrong date for my car to be ready. Besides that, everything was perfect! Thank you again!!
