My car was properly fixed and they were very professional and kept communicating with me. The only thing I would say could've been better was that my car sat there for **** week before even getting looked at. I made an appointment a week ahead just because I didn't want to have to pay for a rental while my car just sat there.

Honestly, they text or called me when updates were made. They made me feel like I was important. They had my vehicle finished within the time they said. Tried to pick up my vehicle On a Saturday ( opened 15 minutes late) I was politely asked how I could be helped, but to my surprise I was never In formed of the 3100 deductible, I asked the person about it. His answer was "I don't know, I'm the only one here, no one else is here but me. i don't know anything about the charges. I did not receive a call about the charges, I called and spoke to the manager, who promptly returned my call and fixed the issue.
