Parts were left off and paint inside door opening looks like paint was applied to wet surface and a rough spot were something blew in wet paint on outside of door. On a positive note Anissa was very good at keeping us informed during the repair. Just disappointed at the lack of quality control before calling the customer to let us know it was complete.

Delay after delay, timelines were not met at all, promises made that didn't happen. I was told by the manager that I would have my truck in time for my road trip, it was not ready, or not communicated to me that it was ready in time so I had to pay for more rental time since my rental time had expired. Horrible, would never take another vehicle there, nor will I recommend it and I will actively post negative comments in as many places as possible to hopefully discourage others from going there

The shop was not ready for me to pick up my vehicle after calling me telling me it was ready. 12 days after dropping it off, they did not have the estimators approval for the additional expense and did not have (they thought) the check from the insurance company. If you tell me my vehicle is ready (after 12 days) it would make sense to have used some of that time to ensure the paperwork was in order rather than waiting for your customer to get there and making the customer wait for your lack of planning/preparation.
