The process took entirely too long. I am now stuck with 498.98 worth of Hertz bills. I was led to believe that I could expect my car back around Nov 11 or 12. I did not get it until Nov 20. The last week of the process, I received "almost done" messages daily. For the damage, 3 week is too long. Had I known it would take that long, I would have gone to another provider on State Farm's list.

David sent me off with a car with a check engine light on. It was not on prior to the accident. Pep Boys said the PO 477 aporate vent control valve code is directly related to the accident. David insisted it had nothing to do with the accident and sent me on my way. The portion of the body covering the tire was not painted. He took that off the car to paint and said he will call when it's ready. Additionally, he sent me off driving in a car with low tires. They jyst needed to be aired up a bit due to the weather change, but it didn't make me hapoy to pick up my car and have to immediately start doing maintwnance. I agreed to allow Service King to do the repairs because I was told the car would be thoroughly washed and detailed. The car was cleaned hastily, because it was still dirty. The windows were not cleaned. The center console where my drink spilled because of the accident was not cleaned. So, I was led to believe Service King would do far more than they did. You built up my expectations and did not deliver.
