Took a long time to ever get a call back to know what was going on. The lady at the front desk is not very personable. There was a large charge for cleaning the van but it was not cleaned. The top was left very dirty, the vacuum job was horrible. And an insurance company was charged big bucks for this.

My agent was fantastic!!! When I dropped the car off, I noticed that it seems as if there needs to be an evaluation of who does what maybe, my guy was very busy but yet there was 4 men who were visibly on break, or had nothing to do. If those men can not assist with my experience, then maybe keep them hidden so the customer doesn't have the perception that one guy is doing all the running while the others rest.

It was waaaay less painful than I thought it would be. The girl at the front desk might could say things like "Why don't you wait over there" or "Have a seat in there while I find so and so." She kind of left us hanging about whether we should stand there and wait or if it was ok to go have a seat. She's nice, she just flusters easily.

I won't ever go back to Service King for any future repairs. I have had my car's bumper repaired there three times. If and when it gets hit again, I will choose a different body shop. Hostile environment there this time and I don't need that.
