Our experience with Service King was great.. from the beginning, the brake down of what would take place, how long it would take and getting up dates from our service adviser and also updates through text messages, was awesome.. Good communication! We will use Service King in the future again!

To start with i was forgot in the waiting room for one hr. Then the part the got to put on my car didn't work at which I was told that it would have taken 5 minutes to put on took a hr. I made 3 trips to service king. This is not a good experience. I wouldn't recommend your company at all
