I was very hesitant to come in thinking it would be a huge hassle. The receptionist wasn't friendly at all so I wasn't impressed with her. My entire experience changed the minute I met Ira. He was super friendly and assured me he would take care of me even though it was 4:00 on a Friday and I didn't have an appointment. He was the most professional person I've dealt with EVER when having any type of car service. I would definitely recommend Service King and especially Ira!

Only negative was whatever repairman driving found it necessary to change all mirrors seat position and steering wheel position which is hard to readjust on my car. Also radio stations. If repairs are done at location where I delivered the ca I cannot understand why any of this was necessary since he only had to drive it around the building. Is this normal procedure to allow maintenance to change all the customer car settings on every car you repair

The work was done in the time allotted and I was kept informed. Gary Benefield was good to keep me informed, and when there were a few details at issue on delivery, he expedited a prompt resolution. They have had this car in on three or four occasions due to hail and collision damages, and to this day the 11 year old SUV looks pristine. They get my vote as first class service, and I am a mechanic and body repair person in my own right.

As soon as I left about 15 miles down the road the same problems that I took the car in for came back!!!!! It wouldn't shift I was at a complete stop and in drive I pushed the gas to accelerate and the car didn't move just the rpms went to 3000 with no movement. And I was told everything was working and running correctly. Very disappointed.
