The back-end repair to my Mazda CX5 looks like new and our Service Advisor, Gary Benefield, did a wonderful job of keeping us informed from the beginning to the end of the repair process! Give Ira a15!! He went above and beyond my expectations which were pretty high! This isn't the first time I've had a fender bender -I've been hit twice before- so been through the car repair drill.. Ira was terrific- made me feel at ease about the process, kept in touch all week, and handled any of my concerns in a very kind and professional way- I work for the chamber of commerce so I understand good customer service. He excels in every way!! Thank you Ira!! I meant to add, my car looks great, too- the new frame around my license plate, the car wash and clean up inside and out were not expected- what a nice surprise and taking care of the car rental- who could ask for more?? Great job Service King!!

My time is more valuable than to use it to take a survey or write an email -- unless something extraordinary happens. Something extraordinary happened at your Service King and I felt compelled to write-up my experience. Upon entering the Richardson store I was greeted and asked "how I might be helped?" Next, Ira offered to explain your process, asked good questions, including my expectations. They are high - I am a tough customer.
