Just not completely happy about how Frances handled the insurance issue. I understand state farm may have not sent her all she needed but she could've been nicer about it. On Friday she called at 5pm saying we could pick up the car but they close at 5:30. More notice would've been nice or not call till Monday morning! Then she disputed the payment amount and firmly told me "she would not release the car until full payment from me was made"! Her attitude was gruff! She got nicer Monday when I called her, but she could've handled our situation in a friendlier tone.

Only negative-whoever worked on my right hand mirror got my upholstery dirty. I would rather a mat go on my seats as opposed to the floor since my floor is already dirty. My passenger seat is rarely used and so when soiled it is easily seen

Your people disconnected the feed to the motor heater which is critical to this type of engine and failed to reconnect. This could have caused major damage to the engine and been quite costly to fix. So much for your final inspection. Do not expect any further business from me.

Abra did a terrible job regarding my car. From the time I brought the car in for an estimate to the time I finally got it repaired correctly was about a month. I had to return the car the car the first time because they didn’t fix it correctly. The texts and voicemail messages were annoying. They were noniformational and bothersome. I actually got a text today saying they were working on my car and would let me know when it was ready. I picked the car up a few days ago. I hope that I will never ever have to use Abra again.
