I thought Grant was very nice and very professional. He consistently let me know that my business was valued. As a State Farm employee that is the kind of customer service I want for our clients. I had a very nice experience at Herb's paint & Body shop.

Great service! My car was ready days before predicted. My service person called me daily to let me know progress. That was really appreciated. I received emails on a regular bases so I could check online status if wanted.

No one checked with the insurance company over the rental as far as I could see to see if they would cover it. If Herbs is going to have a car rental agency connected to them they should do a reasonable job. It definitely in my experience was not an asset to your image.
