This is the second time I have had y'all do work on my truck and I have been 100% satisfied each time. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In particular, Sandra was a huge help going back and forth with the insurance company to make sure I got my vehicle before the weekend. She is a sweetheart and made a typically frustrating experience into an enjoyable one.

The GEICO team was amazing! I had a horrible experience with Enterprise. They gave me a car with very little coolant, needed servicing. The transmission locked up during the rental. I reported it and it wasn't taken seriously by Kevin at Enterprise. Extremely dissatisfied with the Enterprise.

The only thing I would have liked is them noticing the crack on my window and mentioning it to me. I brought it in for passenger rear bumper work, so it's not surprising they didn't say anything, but it would have been nice to deal with it while it was in the shop. Jason does a very good job of keeping one updated as to how the repair is coming which I appreciate.

My door matts are missing!!
Everything is miss-aligned
There are flaws in the paint job. My sun glasses are broken as well.
Dust all over the inside of the car.
They scratched the door handle when removing the door panel.
Sloppy job.
Made me pay before I even saw the car.
And I will be taking my vehicle back so they can fix it.
