We have referred our concerns to our Geico adjuster. We noticed the alignment was not done correctly. It pulls to the left. There is a squeaking sound on the right side when driving. And there is grinding/rubbing sound when turning left. The air conditioning isn't cooling properly. There is a smell that smells like something is hot. Cannot express how frustrated I am. Utterly disappointed and disgusted that after you've had my car for a month, that this is what is returned to me. Erin has been great with the twists and turns we've had, the body work looks good so far, but the repair work is not acceptable. Do not feel safe in it

Everything was fine until my car was dropped off. I didn't like that she showed me the side of the car that wasn't broken then when I realized it and walked over to the damaged/fixed side.. She rushed me like there was something to hide. She also casually mentioned that the full $500 refund check went towards my deposit but it wasn't a full $500 and that the adjuster couldn't cut a check unless it was for the full amount... When I asked her how much... She said 4 something... The whole conversation was weird and made me feel uncomfortable. I was pleased with the work on my car but its making think that I should have gotten more money back.

Starting with the reception and she was very friendly very warm. I met Jody who came over and explained everything to me left me with no questions. I had the opportunity to meet Sandy who was very thorough and her explanations of things that we're going to happen, and it was just a great experience.Everyone was just so professional and just so knowledgeable of what they do,and then to ended up with Enterprise I had awesome service with them as well so it was a great experience all the way around, thanks guys it was nice meeting all of you but, I hope I don't have to see any of you soon.LOL

I spoke with the repair man about a part of the job where it clearly shows the rubber from the glass to the roof it's not completely covered. There is small space in between in both corners of the roof. I went ahead and took my car home but the air hits that little area while traveling and makes a lot of noise. I don't know what's going to happened when it rains yet. I called the manager on Thursday and explained to him how I was feeling about the job. He told me that he will call back after he talks with his glass man. I never heard from him. I called him back to day and left a message to call me back and I never heard from him. I paid my deductible and everything and I'm not happy. Can you help me with this? Thanks Alberto
