Brittany Williams went above and beyond. After completion of repairs the cleaning/detail of the car was not to my level of expectation. She took matters into her own hands by removing the film from the windshield and interior. I arrived after 6pm so the detail folks had already left. Additionally, Brittany retrieved my garage door opener that I left inside the Enterprise rental. She truly made the difference in my level of satisfaction!

I was dropped off to pick up my car today. Upon inspection, I could clearly see that the driver door guard (trim) was not installed properly. There was a clear **** inch + gap. Your company came highly recommended, but I would not do so. The job was not done properly and there was obviously not quality control or review before notifying me it was ready. I ended up having to wait over 45 minutes to have it removed and redone.

My experience was outstanding. Alisha was very friendly and professional...My car was cleaned inside and out which i didn't expect...The guy that brought me my car explained everything. He answered all of my questions. He was also very professional.. The only problem i had was when i got ready to pull off in the rental. I noticed a warning light on in the car. When i asked the guy why was the light on, he said oh, that means one of the tires are low which he knew about the light before hand. I explained to him that i have to get on the expressway and i didn't want to end up with a flat. He didn't seem concerned at all. He offered me another car, but then said he can put air in the tire which he did. Besides that, i give Classic Collision 10 thumbs up.
