The work appears to be great... the time it took and the problem with communication was not great...The promises of completion went on for weeks and at the end, an airbag light went on and it sat in a dealership just waiting for the sensor light to be turned off so the car could be released.. We're just glad to get it back for the estimated price and the repair looks great.

I can tell where the hard plastic mud flaps were reused on the replacement bumper cover. These should be mounted flush to the body. Mine have large gaps on both sides and it makes the repair look subpar like an auto body student did the repairs and not a world class shop. I understand that I drive a Honda Civic and not a luxury car but I expected my car to look repaired and not thrown together when I left. If the repairs I can see are this ridiculous I hold little hope for the things I can't see. I have serious concerns about other recycled parts.
