there is still damage to the vehicle. Chipped paint on the front bumper. Also the bumper that was buffed and repaired still felt rough to the touch where the repair was not done very well. There was also damage to the plastic that insulates around the left driver side mirror, so you can hear were the Nguyen passes when you're driving. Also the door handle on the driver side that was removed during the repair had a piece of the silver part of the handle that started to peel and the door was chipped in the process of removing the handle right above the door handle. I spoke to Karrie in person today and she said they would be fixed So hopefully they are. I will have to return to get these things fixed next week when a new door handle is in. However I was not offered a courtesy vehicle for the inconvenience of having to return to have work done that should have been done correctly the first time and I have already returned my rental vehicle. She said unless they had the vehicle for more than a day I would not be offered a vehicle and she stated that the repairs would only take one day. Which is an inconvenience to me as I'm having to make multiple trips back and figure out how to work around my work schedule.

Tamara and the guys in the repair shop did a great job explaining everything and keeping me updated on progress. Everything was back, good as new, a day earlier than was originally estimated. Great overall experience, it was especially nice having the rental agency right there in the shop. Will come back if ever needed again.
