I had a great experience with Classic Collision from the beginning to end. They did a great job with my car and we are very pleased with the result. I worked with Frank Idi and he's very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The girls at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend the Sandy Springs location, and use them again if we ever need to.

The repairs were fine, but my front tag on my bumper got thrown away or stolen. No one called me to ask did I want it put back on after the repairs or someone could have taken it off and left it in the trunk instead of throwing it out with the old bumper! It is very frustrating because I paid money for that tag! I did speak to my advisor and they are replacing it but that is just unheard of and uncalled for!!

I am indeed satisfied with the repairs. However, I am completely disappointed in the process. This is perhaps the 10th experience at your location with vehicle repair, and by far, the worst in terms of customer experience. My rep Kehri was extremely personable. However, the lack of internal communication was extremely unnerving as well as taxing in terms of having to communicate, not once, but more than three times the same exact message. Process improvements for internal communication are strongly suggested. It seems that the one person who has a grasp is the fabulous Marni. I will be going elsewhere for future needs.

Actual charges were 3x estimate in cost and pick/up deayed by 3 working days. Understand parts supply is beyond your control but 3 day delay was very frustrating.
